What is a good alcoholic drink that does not cause heartburn?

I’m a bartender and I’ve had almost every drink I know how to make. Never happened to me. I don’t think it’s the drink that’s giving you heartburn. Maybe you and alcohol don’t mix. I’ve never heard of anyone getting heart burn from a drink I’ve mixed.

Hey George here,

This is my story of how I had heartburn, in fact I ask myself what causes chronic heartburn many times.  I will give you the ups and downs of what work for me and what did not.  Then finally, the one thing that did help solve my problem of severe heartburn. Click here to see how I found my heartburn relief.

I’ve tried all the over the counter drugs and went to the doctors. The problem was still there.  I have discovered that almost everyone suffers from at least once in their life. Everyone has different triggers for heartburn and indigestion. These can range from smoking cigarettes to eating spicy foods, caffeine and chocolate, which these increase the amount of stomach acid.

Some people however are more likely to suffer from chronic cases. That if let untreated can cause a serious health issues. Most people will try to change there diet, that over the counter pills to provide a temporary heartburn relief. Sometimes you can find some sort of short term fix, if your lucky. And once again you end up asking yourself, what causes heartburn.

Then one day I stumbled across a my solution for heartburn cure. I really couldn’t believe how much useful information there was. I was able to start living my life again. They put together a totally outstanding package together. Loaded pageful of great stuff. My stomach has never been happier. They even offer a couple of months of email support… even though that’s not real for me.

You know I was have diagnosed with GERD (gostroesophageal reflux disease) and many individuals who have purchased heart burn No More have. The book was definitely a source for understanding my body and the reactions which cause acid reflux, so I have no doubts that when implemented properly the steps outlined in this resource can result in a body that is more in balance.

The steps involved can at times seem counter intuitive, but the documented success was enough for me to continue and benefit and thus I found my answer to my question, what causes heartburn.

As an occasional sufferer of heartburn, I was desperate for a “heartburn cure” that would fix all of my problems with no effort on my part; the reality however is heartburn is the result of an internal miss balance which can only be corrected through action. Taking antacids to cure heartburn is ineffective and offers no long term benefits; education and action are the best way to fight heartburn, and “Heart Burn No More” is definitely an excellent guide on achieving both.

What causes heartburn – quick overview

If you have ever been up at night asking this one question, what causes heartburn?

I know, we have all been there. I can’t tell you how many hours I have spent up at night. It is very well possible that maybe you are up at night yourself reading this and trying to find so answer to your problem. Let me tell you, I feel for you and know exactly what your going though. I been there before and it really sucks when you ask yourself what causes severe heartburn?

What is even worse is if you are asking yourself what causes chronic heartburn. I have had it so bad that it felt like my throat was on fire, your don’t know what to take to help put out the fire. I tried everything I could think of like milk, which usually makes it worse, antacids you name it and I have tried it, and most likely more then once. Well most heartburn can be directly related to what you eat.

So with that in mind, you so now ask yourself what caused my heartburn? What the spicy tacos you had that night, or was it that double chocolate fudge brownie you had. I stay away from things like caffeine, chocolate, food with tomatoes in it. If you know what foods to try and avoid you will then know, for you. Now you have to remember that what give someone else acid reflux might not affect you at all. The PH balance in your digestive system my different. What works for your friend  Some things I try stay away from to help control my reflux are, tomatoes sauces like spaghetti sauce. I have a real hard time trying to digest these, they are sure to give me indigestion. Onions are a another food I must avoid. If I have something with onions in it, say like steak tacos for dinner, I might as well plan on being up all night. Like I said before I try to stay away from products with caffeine in it. Like mostly soda pop.

I think for me it is the combination of caffeine and carbonation that get me ever time. You know you my be asking yourself, man this really sucks, I can’t have anything I like because if I do I will be up all night. While you have to learn what you can eat and that my friend is the whole key to the whole question.
